 The Oulu International Business Forum (OIBF) was founded in 2004 and began with
a simple aim: a forum where expatriates with business ideas can network and
exchange ideas. Over the years it has become an opportunity for business owners
to initiate and strengthen contacts and to boost their business developments in Oulu.
OIBF works together with Oulu Business Agency to enhance the capabilities of
expatriate business owners in the Oulu area. Education, promotion and networking
are our key activities.
The OIBF is open to all expatriates with a business idea.
